Google account

With your agreement, Google sign-in provides your name, email and profile image. REET AI saves these with your account identifier, consent version and last sign-in date for account access and administration. We do not request your Google password, contacts, Drive or Gmail. Sign-in is not marketing consent.

Optional professional profiles

After you confirm setup, your candidate or recruiter profile is saved under the same REET AI account identifier. Candidate profiles can include your name, location, work preferences, skills, experience, education, projects, certifications and languages. Recruiter profiles can include your name and company details. These details are self-reported. Saving does not publish your profile, verify an employer or grant company access. You can edit your saved information in your professional space. Existing account roles and legacy profile fields are preserved. Profile access or deletion requests can be sent to the contact address below.

Chat & voice

Chat messages and recent conversation context are sent to an external AI service to generate replies. Public factual questions may be used for web search. Text chat and voice transcripts are saved locally on this device, separately for each signed-in Google account, to provide conversation history. No raw audio is saved. This app does not save these transcripts in its server database. You can delete individual conversations or clear all saved chats from Chat history. Local history is not synchronized across devices and can be lost if browser data is cleared. On a shared device, clear history before signing out if you do not want it to remain on that device. An external AI service handles submitted data under its applicable data-handling policies. Avoid sending sensitive information.

Voice requires separate explicit microphone/transcription consent. Your choice is remembered for your Google account on this device; later calls start only after you choose Talk to Reet. Untick the consent box or use Forget microphone consent in call preferences to revoke it. Raw audio is not saved by this feature. Optional emails include a short summary and up to 100 discussion messages in separate user/AI bubbles. They require a separate opt-in and are sent to REET AI support. Sensitive number sequences and email addresses in messages are masked; turning this off discards the local summary text. Leaving a call stops the microphone.

Optional reply notifications

Reply notifications require your device permission and a separate opt-in. The server stores a push subscription for this Google account and device. Only a generic alert is sent to your browser notification provider; no chat, name, account amount or contact information is included in the notification. To recover a reply after background suspension, a bounded set of assistant replies is kept securely for up to 30 minutes and cleared after recovery or expiry. Turn notifications off in Chat history or device settings. iPhone requires a Home Screen installation. Voice alerts can occur only if the browser lets the current voice reply finish; background microphone input is paused.

Optional discussion memory

If you enable Memory, selected excerpts from earlier chats belonging to this Google account on this device can be sent to an external AI service to provide context in later text and voice conversations. Sensitive-looking messages are skipped. This does not train the model, create global memory, or sync between devices. Turn Memory off or forget earlier discussion context in Chat history. Clearing chat history also removes the source of this context.

Account retention & control

Account profile records remain until deletion is requested and processed. Session and abuse-prevention metadata contain identifiers, counters and expiry times, not message content. Expiry prevents further use but is not an automatic deletion guarantee. Browser sign-in state and your consent choices persist on your device until revoked; app files are cached for loading, but replies require internet.
